Prince of Peace is a non-profit social service agency that started in 1983. Its mission is to provide support for the economic, emotional, and spiritual needs of those needing a helping hand to build self-sufficiency. They are committed to strengthening families, building community, and reducing poverty among people of all races, faiths, ages, and backgrounds.

One of the services that Prince of Peace provides is a “neighborhood meal” every Monday and Wednesday from 4pm-5pm. These hot meals are available for anyone. First Presbyterian Church prepares and serves these meals one Wednesday a month. In 2008, Prince of Peace and partnering organizations provided more than 6,000 meals to local residents.

The Prince of Peace Center is located at 502 Darr Avenue, Farrell, PA 16121.
